For products that are in stock, we typically process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, dispatch may take a little longer. Custom Deck Orders
For custom-designed decks, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the design and production process. Once the product is completed, we require an additional 5–7 business days for packaging and dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and may vary from a few days to several weeks, especially for international destinations.
