Nice product. Communication and customer service needs improvement

I’m happy enough with the board I ordered. It looks great and was easy to install. Communication is definitely in need of improvement. My order which was apparently in stock took over a month to ship and then took another month to deliver. During this time no updates were provided. I even sent an email to follow up my order more than a month after placing it and didn’t receive any response. Luckily i received an automated notification over a week later that it had shipped. I honestly thought for a while that I had been scammed and wasn’t going to receive the board. If you can do something to improve your dispatch times and communicate better I would have happily left 5 stars. Nice product and my son is very happy with it. Thanks

At Deckorate we value honest feedback from our customers. To make sure our reviews are reliable, we apply the following rules:

Only customers who actually purchased a product from Deckorate and received their order can leave a review.
A few weeks after delivery, we send an email invitation to write a review. We decide to which customers these invitations are sent, but reviews are only collected this way.
