All reviews shown here come from real Deckorate buyers who actually received their products. We invite our customers by email a few weeks after delivery to share their experience. This way you can be sure every review is authentic.

At Deckorate we value honest feedback from our customers. To make sure our reviews are reliable, we apply the following rules:

1. Who can leave a review

  Only customers who actually purchased a product from Deckorate and received their order can leave a review.

  A few weeks after delivery, we send an email invitation to write a review. We decide to which customers these invitations are sent, but reviews are only collected this way.
  

2. How reviews are collected

  Reviews are requested by email through an automatic invitation after delivery.
  
• 
  Every review is linked to a verified order, so we can always prove that the reviewer actually purchased and received a Deckorate product.
  

3. Moderation of reviews

  Reviews are published in the form we receive them.
  
• 
  We do not make substantive changes, not even to correct spelling errors.
  
• 
  We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain hate speech, discriminatory language, or personal attacks.
  

4. Publication and ranking

  All genuine reviews are published.
  
• 
  Reviews are displayed in chronological order or in some cases from good to bad.
  
• 
  The overall product score you see on our website is the average rating of all published reviews.
  

5. Reporting a suspicious review

  If you think a review is false or misleading, you can report it to us via info@deckorate.net.

  Because all reviews come from verified orders, we can demonstrate that every published review was written by a real customer.
