Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible. 

- Is my order secured when shipped?
Yes! We guarantee every order with a maximum amount of €500.

We ship all our order with Bpost & GLS service depending on your country, all with tracking ID.

- Does my deck comes in a box?
Yes, all of our products come in a 7mm thick double corrugated cardboard box with inside protection for a flawless delivery. 

- How can I order my own custom deck?

- Do you have a physical offline shop?
No, at this point we only sell online. 
- Do you have a return policy?
In these COVID-19 times, shipping can be delayed by our external shipping partners. Therefor we do not offer a return or refund policy. Thanks for understanding.

- How can I pay?
We accept all debit and wired transfer cards, also Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDeal. 

- Can I skate on my deck from Deckorate?
Of course! All of our decks are made from quality maple wood and very strong. Just add some grip tape and some axles and wheels. 

- One of your items is out of stock, will it be restocked?
Yes! All of our products are restocked as fast as we can. Stay tuned to our social media channels for restocks.
