- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
As every order is different (amounts/sizes/country) it's hard to have 1 shipping cost. Select the products you like and continue to the checkout page. Fill in your address and you'll get a detailed shipping cost to your country or check THIS page with standard shipping costs.

- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order?
Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
All of our Deckorate products are on stock (unless stated otherwise) so ready to ship. When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped the same day when it's ordered during office hours. (8am & 4pm UTC+1 (MET, Mid European timezone)).

- Is my order secured when shipped?
Yes! We guarantee every order with a maximum amount of €500.

- How do we ship?
We ship all our order with Bpost with tracking ID. (national postal service with A+ rating)

- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you received a tracking number. Track it at http://www.Bpost.be/track

- Does my deck comes in a box?
Yes, all of our products come in a 7mm thick double corrugated cardboard box with inside protection for a flawless delivery. 

- Do you have a return policy?
You can always return a Deckorate order within 14 days in the original box, retail price will be re-funded. Shipping cost unfortunately not.

- How can I pay?
We accept, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. 


- Can I skate on my deck from Deckorate?
Of course! All of our decks are made from quality maple wood and very strong. Just add some grip tape and some axles and wheels.
