1. LEGAL TIME FRAME

Deckorate will gladly accept return within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail, as stated by Belgian law, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Confirmation, or Shipment Confirmation purchased on the Deckorate site.

If you are not happy with your purchase, and you are still within these 14 days, please proceed to our Return Portal. You should send the product in the same package and wrapping received.

How to return?

  • Register your return via the return portal and you will receive a return label
  • Return the product in the original (closed) packaging stating your name and order number (example 12PB-3456)
  • You will receive the refund as soon as possible in the form of original payment. The original shipping costs and costs for returning your order will be deducted from your refund (see also below).

 

  1. COSTS

The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. We are also not responsible for non-Deckorate merchandise included in any returns. If you have any doubts you can contact us at info@deckorate.net. You will have fourteen (14) days from the date you request the exchange to return the original item(s). Exchanges of online purchases using PayPal or Apple Pay are not available at this time. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement (due to different banking institution policies).

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds are made in the form of original payment. If the original form of payment is not available, please contact Customer Service at info@deckorate.net.

  1. RIGHT TO REFUSE

Deckorate reserves the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return requirements in Deckorate’s sole discretion. Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case; within thirty (30) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make payment if the card is available. Customized or personalized products are not returnable or exchangeable.

This policy is in addition to our Terms & Conditions and does not affect consumers’ rights under any applicable law.
