Return policy

1. General Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized decks (these are considered final sale).
  • Items showing visible signs of use, damage, or wear.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@deckorate.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send the item back to the return address we provide.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and process your refund if eligible.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not refund customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during shipping.

Please note: If your original order qualified for free shipping, but after returning one or more items the adjusted order total no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

Deckorate reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials such as boxes, tags, instructions, and documentation. If a return is not accepted, we will notify you and may return the product at your cost.

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method whenever technically possible.
