Return & Withdrawal Policy

At Deckorate we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you change your mind, Belgian and EU law give you the right to withdraw from your online order. Below you will find all the details, written in line with the Wetboek Economisch Recht.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days starting the day after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods. It is sufficient that you send the goods back before this period has expired.

2. How to Return

Returns should be sent to our Belgian return address: Noordlaan 138, 9200 Dendermonde (Belgium)
You may choose the courier yourself. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

3. Refunds

We will refund all payments you made, including the original delivery costs (except any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard method).
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and always within 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop.
You are not obliged to return goods in their original packaging.
If the product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be held liable for any reduction in value.

5. Exceptions

Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (Article VI.53 WER). For Deckorate this applies only to:

Custom-made skateboards (designed specifically to your request).

All other products remain eligible for withdrawal under the legal conditions.

6. Legal Warranty

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty on conformity for consumer goods, digital content, and digital services. For continuous supply of digital content or services, the legal warranty applies throughout the duration of the agreement if this exceeds two years.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have up to 2 months from discovery of the defect to notify us. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.
