At Deckorate, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, promptly, and in perfect condition — no matter where you are.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over €150 to most countries. If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, the applicable rate will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Times
For products that are in stock, we typically process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email including your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Custom Deck Orders
For custom-designed decks, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the design and production process. Once the product is completed, we require an additional 5–7 business days for packaging and dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and may vary from a few days to several weeks, especially for international destinations.

While we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, Deckorate cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track its progress. If you do not receive your tracking email within a few days of your order being shipped, please check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance.
