Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping to EU, US & UK. For other countries the applicable rate will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Times

For products that are in stock, we typically process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email including your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom Deck Orders

For custom-designed decks, please allow approximately 6 weeks for the design and production process. Once the product is completed, we require an additional 5–7 business days for packaging and dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and may vary from a few days to several weeks, especially for international destinations.
