Day 1
Upload your photos
Upload a high-res sideview photo of your car and a detail shot of your wheels. More photos? Send them to info@deckorate.net.
Weeks 1–4
We design
Our team creates a highly detailed vector illustration of your car — down to every rim spoke and caliper.
Week 4–5
You approve
We email you the design for feedback. Need tweaks? No problem — adjustments add 1–2 weeks.
Week 5–6
Production
Once approved, your deck goes into print on premium 7-ply maple with a matte vinyl finish.
Week 6+
Shipping
Your custom deck ships worldwide — free to EU, US & UK. Tracked and packed to arrive safely.
Minimum 6 weeks from order to delivery. During busy periods this may take longer. We'll keep you updated throughout. If design adjustments, revisions, or additional artwork changes are requested during the process, this may extend the total production time.

The quality of your photo directly impacts the detail of your deck. Here's what makes a great upload.
- Full sideview of the car
- Minimum 1600px resolution
- Wheels clearly visible
- Good natural lighting
- Clean background — no obstructions
- Angled or 3/4 view shots
- Blurry or low-resolution photos
- Wheels hidden or cropped

Custom deck
Creating your custom deck takes about 6 weeks from order to delivery — 3–4 weeks for design, 1–2 weeks for your approval and any tweaks, then 1–2 weeks for production and shipping. During busier periods it may take a little longer.
Absolutely. We'll email you the finished design for your feedback and approval. Need adjustments? No problem — just keep in mind that changes can add 1–2 weeks to the timeline.
Custom decks are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the design process has started. Since every deck is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns. The only exception is if your deck is damaged during shipping — in that case we'll replace it.
Any common image format works (JPG, PNG, HEIC). The most important thing is resolution — we need a minimum of 1600px on the longest side. The higher the resolution, the more detail we can add to your deck.
Yes — and we encourage it. After placing your order, email any extra photos or reference images to info@deckorate.net. Front, rear, interior, detail shots — the more we have to work with, the better.
We primarily work with cars, but we've done motorcycles and other vehicles before. Send us a message at info@deckorate.net before ordering and we'll let you know if it's feasible for your specific vehicle.
