While these are real skateboard decks and can definitely be skated, we wouldn’t recommend it—mostly because they’re too beautiful to risk any damage! The designs are created using a heat vinyl sticker, which could wear off more easily than a direct print. These decks are primarily meant to be showcased as wall art, but if you’re tempted to ride, just know they’re fully capable.

Creating your dream deck takes about 4-6 weeks, depending on how many requests we’re working on. During busier times, it might take a bit longer, but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait!

Absolutely! We’ll send you the design via email for your feedback and approval. Need some tweaks? No problem—just keep in mind that adjustments can add 1-2 weeks to the timeline.

Custom decks cannot be returned or canceled once we’ve started the design process. Since these decks are made specifically for you, they’re non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we do have a full approval process in place to ensure you’re happy with the design before it’s finalized. If your deck is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it, but otherwise, returns aren’t possible.

Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll put your deck into production and get it shipped out in 1-2 weeks. You’re almost there!

We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns are possible for most items—just check out our return policy for the details. However, custom decks are a different story. There's a full approval process in place where we work with you until you're completely satisfied with the design. Since these decks are made just for you, we don’t accept returns. The only exception is if the deck is damaged during shipping; in that case, we’ll gladly replace it.

Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. So, as long as your item arrives at our depot in mint condition, you’ll have your refund before you know it!
